Hey!
My name is Tam, I am based in Cape Town, South Africa and this is my photography story.
My interest in photography began when I was very young and took off when I decided to take the family camera to a dog show one day, the photos I took that day make me cringe but they were also the foundation to what my photography looks like now which I consider to be a major glow up. Not long after that day at the show I got my first dog Ren, while we both found our feet in the dog agility scene she also helped grow my photography even further because all I wanted to do was capture this gorgeous dog I had been blessed with. And so while my addiction to agility grew so did my love for photography.
Pet Photography
My main focus and passion lies with canine photography with it stemming from photographing my own dogs and so of course most of my experience is with dogs.
I am of course always open to any kind of pet with horses and cats being on my wish list! I love to capture the natural no filter expressions that animals offer us.
My Style
I love to bring out natural light as it is seen in the moment, I always try to create some depth in each photo with my editing style being aimed at enhancing the subjects features while creating a soft feel in the photo that matches the overall look.
People and Families
While my love is with animals I do offer human photography, my photography style is natural light based and mainly outdoors.
